Toyota Prado 2021 review: Kakadu - Is this up-spec Land Cruiser variant better than a Ford Everest?

The Toyota Prado Kakadu is the top of the range model, and for 2021, the revamped version gets a bunch of important changes.

Not only does the engine get more power and torque - now 150kW and 500Nm, making it more family-friendly than ever before - there's also a new media screen to keep those up front happy.

The new 9.0-inch infotainment screen finally has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and in this spec there's still a roof mount entertainment screen for the second and third row - yes, this is a seven seater!

But for this test, family reviewer Nedahl Stelio took the 2021 Toyota Prado for a road trip with her crew up the coast in NSW to see how this $87,000 4x4 wagon deals with the Aussie long distance drive.
